MTI PROGRAM EXPANSION

The Lord continues to bless the Ministry Training Institute! MTI has added two part-time staff members this summer. We are delighted to welcome Catherine Rybicki, Program Development Specialist, and David Richards, Reference Librarian.

Catherine Rybicki makes her home in Asheville, North Carolina. She is a native of Georgia, having grown up in Hope Community Fellowship in Loganville. She is a graduate of the Berkshire Institute for Christian Studies and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Toccoa Falls College and a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Recently, Catherine has been serving as the Executive Assistant to the President at Montreat College (NC) and as an Adjunct Professor at Toccoa Falls College (GA), teaching in the areas of Bible and theology. In her role as Program Development Specialist, Catherine serves on the MTI leadership team. She is responsible for the development of new courses, program components, and the ongoing evaluation and development of the established aspects of the program. We are very excited to welcome Catherine to the MTI team and look forward to the many ways her contributions will benefit our students and the continued development and growth of the MTI program.

David Richards is from Fayetteville, North Carolina and currently lives with his wife, Faye and family in Monroe, NC. He serves as the Library Assistant for Reference and Technical Services at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (Charlotte campus). David has studied Master of Library and Information Science at UNC Greensboro, did his undergraduate studies at Wingate University, and earned a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. In this new position, David will assist MTI students and staff in use of the Digital Theological Library (DTL), by providing expertise and assistance in research and reference services. David will also assist with collection development for MTI courses, and with DTL membership-related needs. We are very excited to welcome David to the MTI team and look forward to the many ways his assistance will benefit Ministry Training Institute students and staff.
